Terms

The rules of using this site and the app at app.pgwse.ai. This is not a lawyer's filing. The service is operated by the pgwse team in Canada.

• You need an account. You are responsible for the password.
• Sign-up has an age gate and a terms checkbox: you confirm you are 13 or older. Under 13, the service cannot be used at all.
• You upload material you have the right to study from. We do not claim your lectures or textbooks.
• Free is C$0. Paid plans are monthly, in Canadian dollars, tax extra, billed by Stripe. You buy and manage them in the app at app.pgwse.ai, in Settings → Plan.
• Allowances are limited by plan. When the month's budget is used, calls stop until it resets or you change plan.
• Notes and answers can be wrong. Check them against the page they cite.
• Deleting the account removes the account. Do that from Settings → Account.

Your data

• We never sell personal information — not your identity, your email or your files.
• For accounts 13 and over, prompts, model outputs and reasoning text are captured and kept for 720 days.
• Using that captured content for product improvement, model training or optimization, or licensing or sale to others requires your explicit consent. The consent step comes once, in the app, when you are 19 or older — the age of majority — and the default is no. Until you consent, the capture is stored but not used for those purposes.
• You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time: support@pgwse.ai, or Settings → Account in the app.
• This marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The app uses one session cookie.
• Data at rest is in Toronto, Canada.
