Privacy
What the product actually stores. This is not a lawyer's filing.
Your account
Name, email and a password hash. Google sign-in, when it is on, stores the provider account link. You can delete the account yourself, in the app at Settings → Account.
Your material
Lectures, textbooks, notes and chats stay in your account. Data at rest is in Toronto, Canada: the database is Cloud SQL in Toronto and files sit in a Toronto storage bucket.
AI calls
Hosted notes and chat go to SpurAI in Canada, paid by us, limited by your plan. Each call writes a usage row: model, token counts, cost, latency, and whether it succeeded.
What we capture
For accounts 13 and over, we also capture the prompt, the model's output and its reasoning text, and keep them for 720 days. Under 13 there is no account at all: sign-up has an age gate and a terms checkbox, and it stops there.
What the capture is used for
Nothing, until you say yes. Using the captured content for product improvement, model training or optimization, or licensing or selling it to others takes your explicit consent. The question is asked once, in the app, when you are 19 or older — the age of majority — and the default is no. Until you consent, the capture is stored but not used for those purposes.
Withdraw and delete
You can withdraw consent and ask for deletion at any time: email support@pgwse.ai, or delete the account yourself in the app at Settings → Account. Access and correction are on request too.
We never sell personal information
Not your identity, your email or your files. The 720-day capture above covers prompt, output and reasoning content only.
Cookies
This marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The app at app.pgwse.ai uses one session cookie, which keeps you signed in.
Payments
Stripe handles the card. We store the plan, the Stripe customer id, and the subscription status. We never see the card number.
The law
Personal information is handled under Canada's PIPEDA.
